It has been a while since I posted an update so here is a quick update.
I have finished digitizing all of the speeches that I have received (70 of the 71 are entered into content DM). The collection is browseable here:

There are three or four speeches that have audio gaps when played back. I am currently trying to fix these.
I have also been working with Linda Roth to create a collection homepage. The current version can be found here:

On my to do list are:
Adding metadata for subcollections to ContentDM (this will make it so the sample searches will work)
Fix some metadata problems
Fix those videos with audio issues
